Please read these policies and terms carefully before engaging with our services. They govern your relationship with Huzaifa: Craft The Rare and outline your rights and obligations as a client.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Policies & Terms:

• “Company” (referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) refers to Huzaifa: Craft The Rare, a global creative studio.

• “Client” (referred to as “You”) means the individual or entity engaging our services.

• “Service” refers to all offerings provided by us, including but not limited to branding, digital marketing, and web design.

• “Project” refers to the specific work agreed upon between You and Us.

• “Deliverables” refer to the final outputs of a Project, such as designs, campaigns, or websites.

Acknowledgment

These Policies & Terms govern your engagement with our Service. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not proceed with our Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18. We do not permit those under 18 to engage with our Service.

Your engagement is also conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please read it carefully before proceeding.

Project Agreements

To engage our Service, you’ll enter into a Project agreement with us. This agreement will outline the scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. By signing the agreement, you confirm your commitment to the Project and these Policies & Terms. We’ll provide a detailed contract for each Project to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

Service Agreement

We provide creative services, including branding, digital marketing, and web design, tailored to your needs. Upon agreement, we’ll outline the Project scope, timelines, and Deliverables in a contract. We aim to deliver within agreed timelines, but delays due to client feedback or unforeseen circumstances may occur. You agree to provide timely feedback and necessary materials to ensure smooth Project completion.

Payment Terms

For milestone-based Projects, payments are structured as follows: 50% due at the start, 30% upon draft delivery, and 20% upon final delivery. For monthly Projects, payments are split: 50% at the beginning of the month and 50% at the end. Payments must be made within 7 days of invoicing. Our primary payment method is a cryptocurrency; if unavailable, bank transfer is accepted as a secondary option. We’ll provide clear invoices with due dates. If legal or clear issues arise, we may extend the payment deadline at our discretion. Contact support@huzaifa.82hub.org to discuss this.

Late Payment

Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice due date are considered late. A 5% late fee per week will be applied to the outstanding balance until fully paid. We reserve the right to pause work on your Project until payment is received. Consistent late payments may result in Project termination.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once work on a Project has started. The initial 50% payment is non-refunded to cover planning and resources. If you terminate a Project early, you’re responsible for payment for work completed up to that point. We’ll work to ensure your satisfaction before proceeding with each milestone.

Intellectual Property

All Deliverables remain the property of Huzaifa: Craft The Rare until full payment is received. Upon final payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Deliverables for your intended purpose. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any unauthorized use of our work before payment is prohibited.

Termination Policy

Either party may terminate a Project with 14 days’ written notice. If you terminate, you’re responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. If we terminate due to your breach of these terms (e.g., non-payment), you forfeit any rights to Deliverables. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your data at all costs. We collect only necessary information (e.g., name, email, project details) to deliver our Service. Your data is stored securely and used solely for Project purposes. We comply with global standards like GDPR for EU clients and ensure the highest level of security for all clients, regardless of location. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huzaifa: Craft The Rare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from your use of our Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. You engage our Service at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Policies & Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding its conflict of law rules. Your engagement with our Service may also be subject to other local, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute about our Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at support@huzaifa.82hub.org. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United Kingdom.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Policies & Terms at our discretion. If a change is material, we’ll provide at least 30 days’ notice via email or our website before it takes effect. By continuing to engage with our Service after changes, you agree to the revised terms.
